Do We Accept Your Dental Insurance?

We do our best to obtain a profile of your dental insurance benefits and explain your insurance to you, determine the benefits that your insurance plan offers and maximize your insurance benefits to get you the most care for your dollar. Our experienced staff will file your dental insurance verification and claims, track them & follow up on any claim delays.

Electronic Claim Processing

Our office files all insurance claims electronically in order to reduce paper use and reduce the amount of time required to process claims. As a patient, this is to your advantage. Errors in claims processing or benefit estimates can prolong the treatment cycle or result in balances that translate into countless hours on the phone with the insurance company. With electronic claims, errors are identified immediately and resolved in a timely manner.

No Dental Insurance? No Problem!

We accept cash, checks, debit cards and most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & Discover). We also accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA). The payment of treatment is due at the time of service.

For your convenience, we also accept interest-free or flexible payment plans through CareCredit. CareCredit is a personal line of credit for healthcare treatments and procedures. It works like a credit card. Different payment options are available from no interest, to low, fixed-rate plans.

At the end of your scheduled dental appointment, we will give you a dental treatment plan which includes an estimate of future dental work procedures and costs. If you have specific insurance or financial questions, please call our office at 210.538.2772.

The health and safety of our patients, team, families, and community is our top priority. Alamo Ranch Dental has always and will continue to follow strict sterilization and disinfecting protocols. We will also be checking temperatures of patients and staff, practicing social distancing in our waiting room areas, and limiting additional visitors/guardians to one per patient.
